A late landing is the one thing an airport transfer has to absorb on its own, without a phone call from you. We take your flight number at booking, follow the arrival from the flight number you give us and move the pickup to the new landing time. There is no additional charge for the delay itself.

The part of the journey people underestimate is the walk between baggage claim and the car. This is how it runs at Istanbul Airport (IST) and at Sabiha Gokcen (SAW).
01. Before You Land
The chauffeur is in position inside the terminal before the aircraft is on the ground. His name and mobile number are shared with you before the journey.
02. After Baggage Claim
He waits at the arrivals exit holding a board with your name, and if you would rather be met inside the terminal we arrange that instead. Directions to the exact meeting point are sent with the booking confirmation, so there is no car park to find and no separate rendezvous to walk to.
03. Bags to the Car
Luggage is carried by the chauffeur from the meeting point to the vehicle, and from the vehicle to the door on arrival. On hotel arrivals that means the reception desk, including the properties where the main gate is not the drop-off point.
04. If You Want It Earlier, or Quieter

Sabiha Gokcen (SAW)

Where will my driver meet me at Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gokcen (SAW)?

How long does it take from Istanbul Airport to Taksim?
Around 45 to 60 minutes in normal traffic. Sultanahmet and the old city run 40 to 60 minutes, Besiktas and the Bosphorus hotels 45 to 70, Levent and Maslak 45 to 75. On weekdays between 16:00 and 20:00, add 20 to 30 minutes. From Sabiha Gokcen the drive is 30 to 45 minutes to Kadikoy and the Asian side, and 45 to 65 minutes across to the European side depending on traffic and the Bosphorus crossing.

It is fixed when the booking is confirmed and it is per vehicle, not per person. Motorway tolls, parking, waiting time and VAT are already inside the figure. There is no meter, no night surcharge, no airport supplement and no holiday premium, so a 3am arrival costs the same as a midday one. Transfers start from 90 euro with the Vito, 110 with the Sprinter, 130 for the E-Class (89 for the electric EQS) and 300 for the S-Class.
How and when do I pay for my airport transfer?
Payment is made in full when the booking is confirmed, by bank transfer or a secure online payment link. The amount is the fixed price you were quoted, per vehicle, and nothing is added afterwards. Your confirmation arrives by email or WhatsApp within minutes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the transfer and the payment is refunded; within 24 hours the payment is not refunded.
Can I request a child seat, and is the transfer private to my group?
Child seats are arranged free of charge on request, subject to availability. Tell us the children’s ages and weights when you request the quote, and mention it as early as you can, so the right infant carrier, child seat or booster can be fitted before the car leaves for the airport. The transfer itself is private: the vehicle carries your party only and drives directly to your address with no other stops and no other passengers.
