Mercedes Sprinter VIP with Driver in Istanbul — 10–15 Passengers

Limousine Plus has operated as a licensed D2 passenger transport company in Istanbul since 2008 and is a TÜRSAB member travel agency (certificate 11345). The Sprinter is part of our own fleet and is driven by salaried chauffeurs; we do not pass the job to a subcontractor.

Who the VIP Sprinter Suits

The Sprinter is built around one practical question: how many people and how many bags need to move together? If the answer is more than six passengers, or six passengers with a lot of luggage, the Sprinter is usually the simpler choice.

• Families travelling with luggage. Grandparents, parents and children on one flight, each with a large suitcase, fit in a single vehicle instead of being split across two cars. Child seats are available on request, free of charge, subject to availability.
• Business delegations. Visiting teams arriving for meetings, factory visits or protocol receptions can travel together from the terminal, talk on the way and arrive at the office at the same moment.
• Congress and event groups. Speakers, exhibitors or a company group attending a congress can be moved between the airport, the hotel and the venue on one schedule.
• City tours and out-of-town trips. The Sprinter is also available with driver for in-city tours, shopping days and full-day allocation, and for trips outside Istanbul such as Bursa, Sapanca, Kartalkaya, Uludağ, Kartepe or Çanakkale.

If your group is larger than 15 passengers, we run several vehicles on one schedule, so that everybody is collected at the same time and the drivers coordinate with each other. For larger parties a VIP bus can also be quoted; see our group transfer page or send us your passenger count.

Sprinter Prices by District

Istanbul is divided into price zones by district, and the Sprinter fare depends on which airport you use and which zone you are going to. All prices below are one-way, per vehicle, in euros.

Istanbul Airport (IST)

• Zone 5 — Beyoğlu/Taksim, Şişli, Beşiktaş, Kağıthane: €110
• Zone 6: €115
• Zone 4 — Fatih (Sultanahmet): €120
• Zone 7 — Kadıköy, Üsküdar, Ataşehir, Ümraniye: €140

Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW)

• Zone 5 — Beyoğlu, Şişli, Beşiktaş, Kağıthane, Fatih: €110

Because the price is per vehicle, the cost per person falls as the group grows. A full Sprinter splits the same fare across up to 15 passengers.

What Is Included in the Price

The written price is the price you pay. The following are already included:

• VAT.
• Motorway and bridge tolls.
• Airport parking.
• 60 minutes of free waiting time.
• Flight tracking by flight number: if your flight is delayed, the pickup time moves with it at no extra charge.
• No night surcharge, whatever time your flight lands.
• Meet and greet: the chauffeur waits at the arrivals exit with a name sign and helps with the luggage.
• Child seats on request, free of charge, subject to availability.

If you would like a more personal arrival at the terminal, our Istanbul airport VIP service can be combined with the Sprinter transfer.

How to Book the Sprinter

• 1. Send the passenger and luggage count. Tell us how many people are travelling, how many large suitcases and any special items you have. This decides whether one Sprinter is enough or whether a second vehicle is needed.
• 2. Share the flight number and address. We track the flight by its number, so the driver knows the real landing time. Give us the hotel or home address so we can confirm the zone.
• 3. Receive a fixed written quote. The price is set at booking and confirmed in writing. It does not change on the day.
• 4. Pay in advance. Payment is taken once the reservation is confirmed. Credit cards are accepted, and you can also pay online.
• 5. Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before. Plans for groups change; cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup are free.
• 6. Add the return if you need it. The return transfer costs the same as the outward one. There is no round-trip discount, but you can book both directions together in one reservation.

Our Mercedes V-Class VIP Vito VIP Vito carries up to 6 passengers with 6 large and 6 cabin bags and starts from €90 one-way. The Sprinter carries 10 to 15 passengers with up to 12 large suitcases and starts from €110. In practice:

• Up to 6 passengers with normal luggage: the Vito is usually enough and costs less.
• 7 to 15 passengers: one Sprinter keeps the group together instead of two separate vans.
• More than 15 passengers: several vehicles on one schedule, or a VIP bus for larger parties.

How much luggage can the Sprinter take?

Up to 12 large suitcases. If your group has more bags than that, or bulky items such as equipment cases, tell us when you book so we can plan the right vehicle combination.

How much does a VIP Sprinter with driver cost in Istanbul?

From €110 per vehicle, one-way, between the airport and the city. From Istanbul Airport, Zone 5 (Taksim, Şişli, Beşiktaş, Kağıthane) is €110, Zone 6 is €115, Zone 4 (Sultanahmet) is €120 and Zone 7 (Kadıköy, Üsküdar, Ataşehir, Ümraniye) is €140. From Sabiha Gökçen, Zone 5 and Zones 7–9 are €110.

Is the price per person or per vehicle?

Per vehicle. The price is the same whether 10 or 15 people travel in the Sprinter.

What happens if our flight is delayed?

We follow the flight by its number, so the pickup time moves with the actual landing time. There is no extra charge for a delay, and 60 minutes of free waiting is included after landing.

Is there a discount if we book the return transfer as well?

No. The return transfer costs the same as the outward transfer and there is no round-trip discount. You can still book both directions together.

Can we cancel the booking?

Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the pickup time. Payment is taken in advance once the reservation is confirmed.

Can we hire the Sprinter for a full day or a trip outside Istanbul?

Yes. The Sprinter is available with driver for full-day allocation, city tours and out-of-town trips such as Bursa, Sapanca, Kartalkaya, Uludağ, Kartepe and Çanakkale. These are quoted individually based on distance and day.

Do the chauffeurs speak English?

Yes. Our chauffeurs speak English, and they are salaried members of our own team.
