Who we hire, and what we look at.
Documentation
Licence class, criminal record and medical report are verified at hiring, with psychotechnical assessment where required.
Experience
Experience with VIP and corporate guests is required, along with real command of the city, alternative routes and traffic patterns.
Language
Our chauffeurs speak English. If another language is needed, mention it at booking and a suitable chauffeur is assigned.
Employed, Not Contracted
Chauffeurs are company staff. That is the only model that makes conduct standards and confidentiality obligations continuous.
What is expected inside the vehicle.
Dress and Presentation
A suit and a groomed appearance are standard. The chauffeur waits standing at the meeting point and opens the door.
Silence Is the Default
If the guest wants to talk, the chauffeur responds. If not, silence is kept. Starting a conversation is the guest’s call.
No Steering the Guest
Chauffeurs do not suggest shops, restaurants or extra services, and do not raise the subject of tips. Requests come from the guest.
The Car Is Confidential
Calls and conversations inside the vehicle are never repeated under any circumstances. The detail is on our privacy page .

Service Schedule
Vehicles are held to manufacturer service intervals. Service history is tracked and a car that has missed its interval does not go out.
Pre-journey Preparation
Interior and exterior cleaning, tyre and fluid checks, climate and equipment checks before every transfer.
Equipment
Child seats, bottled water and charging are provided on request. Luggage capacity is planned against the passenger count at booking.
Contingency
If a technical fault occurs, a replacement of the same or a higher class is dispatched. We do not downgrade, and the change is notified in advance.
About chauffeurs and vehicles.
For longer days, book the Istanbul airport chauffeur service or a luxury car rental with driver by the hour; for a straight run from the gate, a private airport transfer is enough.
Can I know my chauffeur in advance?
Yes. The chauffeur’s name and contact number are shared with you before the journey.
Can I keep the same chauffeur?
For recurring transfers we assign the same chauffeur wherever possible, and we particularly prefer this for corporate clients. We cannot guarantee it absolutely, because leave and scheduling change.
Are the chauffeurs subcontracted?
No. Our chauffeurs are employed staff. We do not pass work to another company.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. State the child’s age and weight at booking and the correct seat is fitted.
How old are the vehicles?
Keeping the fleet young is one of our priorities. Vehicles are held to a service schedule and checked before every transfer.
Does the chauffeur handle luggage?
Yes. Luggage is carried by the chauffeur from the meeting point to the vehicle, and from the vehicle to the door on arrival.
