Our standard Mercedes Vito vehicles are redesigned after they leave the dealer and are put into service as VIP vans, shaped by the experience and suggestions of our guests. The aim is simple: a quiet, spacious cabin where six people and their luggage travel together, with a professional driver who handles the traffic, the route and the bags.

Who the Vito VIP Suits

The Vito sits between our sedans and our larger vans. It is the right size when the group is too big for one car but still fits comfortably in a single vehicle.

• Families: parents, children and grandparents travel together instead of splitting into two cars. Child seats are available on request, free of charge, subject to availability.
• Small groups with luggage: six travellers with six large suitcases and six cabin bags fit in one van, so nobody has to leave a bag behind or follow in a taxi.
• Business teams: colleagues arrive at a meeting, a fair or a hotel together. The van can also be booked for protocol use or as an office vehicle for foreign guest reception and business city tours.
• Cruise passengers: travellers with a week or more of luggage moving between the airport and the city get the space they need for suitcases without booking a second vehicle.

In-car and extra equipment can vary between vehicles and budgets. If a coffee machine, internet, a power socket for a laptop or extra food and beverage matters to you, mention it when you book and we confirm it in writing together with the price.

Vito VIP Prices by District

The fare is per vehicle, not per person, and it depends on the district zone of your pickup or drop-off. Because the whole van is priced as one, the cost per traveller falls as more of the six seats are used. Some examples, one-way:

Istanbul Airport (IST)

• Zone 5 — Beyoğlu/Taksim, Şişli, Beşiktaş, Kağıthane: €95
• Zone 4 — Fatih, including Sultanahmet: €100 (Zone 6 is also €100)
• Zone 7 — Kadıköy, Üsküdar, Ataşehir, Ümraniye: €125

Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW)

What Is Included in the Price

The Vito price you are quoted is the price you pay. There are no add-ons at the kerb.

• 60 minutes of free waiting time
• Flight tracking by flight number: if your flight is late, the pickup time moves with it at no extra charge
• No night surcharge, at any hour
• Meet and greet: your chauffeur waits at the arrivals exit with a name sign and helps with your luggage
• Child seats on request, free of charge, subject to availability
• An English-speaking chauffeur employed by Limousine Plus — we use our own fleet and do not subcontract

How to Book the Vito VIP

• 1. Send your details: date, time, flight number, pickup and drop-off address, and how many passengers and bags. Use our contact page, call or WhatsApp +90 533 770 29 14, or email info@limousineplus.com.tr.
• 2. Receive a fixed written quote: the price is set for the vehicle and confirmed in writing. It does not change with traffic or delays.
• 3. Pay in advance: payment is made when the booking is confirmed. Credit cards are accepted, and you can also pay online.
• 4. Cancel free if plans change: cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup.
• 5. Add the return if you need it: the return transfer costs the same as the outward one. There is no round-trip discount, but you can book both directions together in one go.

Choosing the vehicle comes down to the number of passengers and the amount of luggage. All three are driven by our own chauffeurs and priced per vehicle.

Mercedes Vito VIP — 6 Passengers, from €90

Up to 6 passengers with 6 large and 6 cabin bags. The natural choice for families and small groups who want to stay together in one van.

Mercedes Sprinter VIP — 10 to 15 Passengers, from €110

Seats 10 to 15 passengers and takes 12 large suitcases. If your group is larger than six, the Sprinter keeps everyone in a single vehicle. See our group transfer page for larger parties.

Mercedes E-Class — 3 Passengers, from €130

An executive sedan for up to 3 passengers with 2 large and 2 cabin bags. It suits a solo traveller or a couple who prefer a car to a van. Note that for three or more people with luggage, the Vito offers more room at a lower starting fare.

How much is a VIP van airport transfer in Istanbul?

The Vito starts from €90 per vehicle one-way. From Istanbul Airport it starts from €95 (Zone 5: Taksim, Şişli, Beşiktaş, Kağıthane), €100 for Zone 4 (Fatih and Sultanahmet) and €125 for Zone 7 (Kadıköy, Üsküdar, Ataşehir, Ümraniye). From Sabiha Gökçen, Zone 5 and Zones 7–9 are €90.

Is the price per person or per vehicle?

Per vehicle. The same fare applies whether one or six people travel, and it is fixed in writing at booking.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight by its number and move the pickup time to match the actual landing. There is no extra charge for a delay, and 60 minutes of waiting time is already included.

Is there a discount if I book a return transfer?

No. The return transfer costs the same as the outward one and there is no round-trip discount. You can still book both directions together.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the pickup time. Payment is taken in advance when the booking is confirmed.

Do you provide child seats in the Vito?

Yes, on request and free of charge, subject to availability. Tell us the age of each child when you book.

Are there extra charges at night or for tolls?

No. There is no night surcharge, and VAT, motorway and bridge tolls and airport parking are included in the price.

Can I hire the Vito with a driver for a full day or an out-of-town trip?

Yes. The van can be allocated with a driver for a full day in Istanbul, or for trips to destinations such as Bursa, Sapanca, Kartalkaya, Uludağ, Kartepe and Çanakkale. These are quoted individually as a fixed price.

Does the driver speak English?

Yes. Our chauffeurs speak English, meet you at arrivals with a name sign and help with your luggage.
